Manager, Data and Business Intelligence (m/f/d)

Job Summary:

• Join a team of data enthusiasts to develop and enhance a business intelligence platform.
• Collaborate with your manager to conduct requirements analysis, data processing, and data visualization.
• Ensure high-quality results delivered on time.
• Play a key role in improving data quality and automation.
• Validate intermediate results with stakeholders from various departments.
• Effectively present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration, or a similar field with a strong focus on applied computer science and data structures.
• Passion for data analysis and a knack for numbers and statistics.
• Proficient in (T-) SQL and Python. Experience with SQL Server and Pandas is a plus.
• Basic understanding of automated data processing and workflow orchestration. Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both in German and English (C1 level or higher).
