Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Junior Manager, E-Commerce Customer Experience embodies customer service excellence and serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, deliveries, complaints, and other questions. They handle operational and administrative tasks, both by phone and in writing. Through internal training, they develop into experts in nutrition and gut health, enabling them to provide targeted advice to customers. As part of the customer service team, they play a significant role in the further development and optimization of internal processes and the product range. They gather customer feedback, discuss it with the shop team, and thus sharpen the company's market positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of studies or training
  • Ideally, experience in handling product-related customer inquiries, hospitality, or nutrition counseling
  • Absolute team player ready to break new ground in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for finding the perfect solution for every customer
  • Confidence in using MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems or customer information tools
  • Passion for friendly and professional customer service and precise and accurate work
  • Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English (at least B1 level) skills
