Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key contact person for billing and all payment-related matters within our e-commerce activities and e-shops
- Handle e-commerce customer inquiries regarding accounts receivable (complaints and escalations)
- Ensure that e-commerce transactions are correctly mapped in our ERP system
- Be responsible for the development and further development of all payment reports (e.g., payment method usage, abandonment rates, PayPal clarification cases)
- Take on exciting special tasks and project activities
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in business administration or commercial training, preferably with relevant further training
- Initial professional experience in financial or balance sheet accounting and knowledge of accounts receivable accounting
- Proficient in the use of common MS Office programs and ideally have experience with SAP Business One
- A strong affinity for numbers, enjoyment of recording and implementing new processes, and a high level of organizational skills and a friendly demeanor
- Native German language skills and good English language skills complete your profile
