About the Role:

Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Salesperson to join their team in Amsterdam. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding their network of satisfied customers across the DACH region. Leveraging your German language skills and sales expertise, you'll build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other potential partners, specifically focusing on promoting their extensive portfolio of CBD and cannabis products and accessories.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads across the DACH region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations that showcase our extensive product portfolio (CBD and cannabis products and accessories) from dozens of leading brands.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Generate insightful sales reports and participate in team discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of the CBD and cannabis market (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
