Prague – The outlines of the law on the regulated cannabis market in the Czech Republic should be ready by the end of March. The so-called substantive intent of the standard will focus on the rules of cultivation, production of hemp products, distribution, sale or export. Taxation is calculated. National anti-drug coordinator Jindřich Vobořil told ČTK. He wants to make sure that the changes start to apply in practice next year. According to the annual report on illegal drugs, up to 34 percent of Czechs and Czech women over the age of 15 used cannabis last year. In the last year it was up to a tenth.
