The Parliamentary Group of Citizens has registered in the Congress of Deputies a non-law proposal (PNL), for debate in plenary, which aims to promote the regulation of medicinal cannabis in Spain.
Specifically, the initiative urges the Government to implement, as soon as possible, the necessary regulatory changes to establish a guarantee regulation that facilitates access to medicinal cannabis and truthful information about its therapeutic properties by doctors, companies, patients and institutions.
And, as the orange formation recalls in the text, cannabis (has therapeutic properties widely recognized by scientific evidence, despite the obstacles and barriers existing at the regulatory level to be able to carry out randomized clinical trials with this plant.
