France: Julien Bayou tables an amendment to revive the debate on cannabis

October 19, 2022 This is a debate that we did not expect to see resurface now. Even less on the occasion of the examination of the Social Security Financing Bill (PLFSS) which begins this Thursday. But Green MP Julien Bayou tabled an amendment that, de facto, would amount if it were adopted to legalize cannabis.
