Looking for a cultivation team member. This is a hourly position that requires full dedication and commitment to the objectives and organization. We are requiring some sort of mechanical skills – plumbing, electric, carpentry, technology, etc., one or more of these skills will make you qualified for this job; you will not be required to add grow knowledge to the operation as our methodology is sound and scientific, we are looking for someone to come into the Factory and bring efficient labor, and help accomplish tasks in the best possible fashion.
Your ability to solve complex problems and plan ahead, while managing your time efficiently to not miss tasks, is what will help make you a valuable team member.
