Eybna is currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales person to join our team. We are a dynamic company operating in the wellness industry, providing high-quality products and services to our valued customers globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong understanding and connection in the alternative tobacco and hemp/cannabis sectors to contribute to our growth and success.


  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our non-tobacco and hemp products , including their features, benefits, and market positioning.
  • Develop, build, and manage a strong network of clients and industry contacts within the alternative tobacco and hemp sectors in Berlin.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Actively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Understanding and experience in regulations, and market conditions related to non-tobacco and hemp.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.


  • Proven sales experience in the alternative tobacco and/or hemp/cannabis industry, with a strong understanding of the market and customer preferences – must have.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus- must have.
  • Valid work permit or residency in Europe- must have.
  • Existing network and connections within the alternative tobacco and hemp sectors in Germany and in Europe in general.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
