The Italian Parliament has begun debating a law that could legalize home cultivation of cannabis.
The draft law for the self-production of cannabis provides for the possibility of growing 4 female plants for personal use, the reduction of penalties for minor offences and the abolition of administrative penalties for possession of cannabis for personal use.
