In accordance with the results of the referendum proposed by the Albanian Prime Minister, Albania has decided to open the production of medical cannabis in the territory, for the time being only for export. And the least we can say is that Albania is not wasting time. The Medical Cannabis Act and the conditions for obtaining licences for the production of cannabis have already been drafted, 4 months after the end of the referendum.
