Nial Neligan is a barrister and university lecturer working within the global cannabis industry. He and his colleague are bringing their conference series to Prague the last Saturday in May, so that Czech businesspeople and state officials can interact with international cannabis experts and professional services providers to share ideas on how to implement global Best Practices in envisaged adult-use cannabis frameworks in the Czech Republic and beyond.
